- 1,2kg. mussels in shell
- 30g. olive oil
- 100g. chopped white onion
- 50g. chopped green onion
- 5g. garlic
- 50g. dry white wine
- 50g. chopped tomatoes
- 20g. grated carrot
- 100g. chicken broth
- 10g. parsley
- 10g. basil
- salt, pepper
+ Execution
- Heat in a pot the olive oil and add the onions, garlic and mussels.
- Add the wine, cover the pan and allow to steam until the mussels start to open up.
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking for 2 min.
- Serve by adding a few drops of olive oil.
