Mixed salad with shrimps, orange juice and lime

+ Ingredients

  • 600g. mixed salad
  • 400g. shrimps
  • 50g. olive oil
  • 50g. orange juice
  • 10g. lime juice
  • 10g. basil pesto
  • a pinch of estragon
  • salt, pepper
  • 300g. vinaigrette


+ Ingredients for the vinaigrette

  • 350g. olive oil
  • 100g. orange juice
  • 20g. lime juice
  • 5g. Dijon mustard
  • salt


+ Execution of the vinaigrette

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender except the olive oil.
  • Then add gradually the olive oil.


+ Execution of the salad

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Put in a baking pan the shrimps, the olive oil, the pesto, the estragon, the orange
    juice and marinate for 10 min.
  • Add salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 min as long as they
    stay juicy.
  • In a bowl mix the vegetables with 300g. vinaigrette. Add salt and serve with the
