+ Ingredients for the salad
- 600g. mixed salad
- 2 medium zucchini thinly sliced
- ½ red pepper cut into cubes
- ½ orange pepper cut into cubes
- 1 halved chicory
- 30g. olive oil
- 120g. goat cheese
- 120g. vinaigrette
+ Ingredients for the vinaigrette
- 80g. balsamic
- 10g. honey
- 5g. Dijon mustard
- 35g. water
- 300g. olive oil
- salt
+ Execution of the vinaigrette
- Put all the ingredients in a blender except the olive oil.
- Then add gradually the olive oil.
+ Execution of the salad
- Put in a baking pan the zucchini, the peppers and the chicory.
- Add the olive oil, salt and stir.
- Bake in grill mode.
- Cut the chicory into strips.
- Mix the grilled vegetables with the mixed salad and 120g. vinaigrette.
